What happens after the 7-day free trial?

Nothing is charged without your consent. Add a card whenever you like during the trial and your first payment is taken when the trial ends. If you don't, your account simply pauses.

How is the price calculated?

€5 excl. VAT per room per month, VAT added at 20%. A 10-room hotel pays €50 excl. VAT (€60 incl. VAT) a month; a 20-room hotel €100 excl. VAT.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from your back office. No commitment: your subscription runs to the end of the month already paid.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fee and no commission on your bookings. Only the monthly price per room.
